Kathy Davis, LSW (Provisional)
Hi, I’m Kathy. I’m a Licensed Social Worker (provisional) working toward my clinical license. I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed or stuck—whether that looks like anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use concerns, or grief. I believe therapy should feel personal and supportive, not like you have to squeeze yourself (or your experience) into a single “right” way to heal.
In our sessions, my hope is that you feel safe, understood, and genuinely welcomed. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and we’ll work together to clarify what you want and what you need—then build practical tools you can take with you outside the therapy room.
• I often help with: Anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use concerns, and grief
• How I work: CBT, mindfulness and meditation practices, and motivational interviewing—always tailored to you
• What you can expect: A collaborative, strengths-based approach that keeps your goals at the center
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Metropolitan State University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. My background includes medical social work as well as supporting adults living with traumatic brain injuries and developmental disabilities—experiences that deepened my commitment to one-on-one work with people navigating major life transitions. I’m working toward becoming an LCSW.
