Keith Winchester

Keith Winchester, MA, LPCC

Therapist at Breathe Counseling

Keith is a recent graduate of Adams State University, with a year and a half of experience helping clients process the loss of a loved one at the Community Grief Center in Greeley. While grief was his primary focus in school, Keith helped his clients process numerous other transitions and issues, including relationships, career change, sexuality, and substance abuse issues.

Every transition in life involves loss; not every loss involves death. While some losses may be quieter or less noticeable at the surface, they still impact your daily life. Even beginning with something as simple as naming the losses can take some of their power away, and help reframe them into the greater context of your life. Together, we can examine your highs and lows, losses and wins, and see the threads of resilience and strength woven into your life that might help you deal with whatever troubles today brings.
